We are a vibrant and inclusive special school located in Peterborough, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children and young people with a wide range of education needs and disabilities. At Lime Academy Orton, every child is at the heart of everything we do, and we are passionate about empowering our pupils to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
Our skilled and caring team works closely with families and external professionals to ensure each pupil receives a tailored educational experience. By fostering strong relationships and creating individualised provision within our learning pathways, we aim to help every child access a personalised and purposeful curriculum that develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need for their future.
Our school is a place of positivity and possibility, where achievements are celebrated, and every small step is a big success. We are committed to enriching the lives of our learners through opportunities that reflect the culture and community of our families, while nurturing their wellbeing and self-esteem. Our aim is that all our learners develop a ‘voice’, a choice and a love of learning.
